Hi I am Yasmin, and I help individuals who’ve experienced trauma, like childhood abuse or PTSD, rewrite their stories.
As a coach, I combine my experience as a Person Centred Counsellor with powerful tools from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to create a warm, supportive space for you to heal.
I completed a specialized training program in Beyond Trauma (ACCPH accredited). This allows me to provide evidence-based approaches specifically designed to help you heal from past experiences and build resilience.
